Scan a QR code once to join a trip. After that, every pickup, every stop, and every drop is tracked and pushed to your phone automatically — for the auto, van, or car your child rides in.
A driver creates one trip per school, with one QR code. The order parents scan in becomes the stop order — no manual setup, no app-side route building.
Driver opens the app, names the trip — say "School X Trip" — and gets one QR code for every parent on that route.
First parent to scan becomes Stop 1, second becomes Stop 2, and so on. The pickup order is set automatically — no dragging pins on a map.
From the next day, no QR code needed. The driver taps "Start trip," and every parent on the route gets notified instantly.
